We would like to sincerely apologize for the recent problems where our terminal and related infrastructure (e.g. Access Road, New Priok Common Gate, Billing Office, etc.) have been causing incessant long queue.
The reason for such congestion is a combination of various factors arising from the events happened in Tanjung Priok during July and August. From September onward, we believe situation will be better. Having said that, we understand congestion problems are giving you trouble and causing inconvenience in view of container logistics management and we are so sorry.
Kindly be advised that reasons behind these problems were identified and that we have already begun working very hard to improve the situation as soon as possible, liaising very closely with related parties.
The status of improvement measures will be informed from time to time in appropriate manner.
