We would like to inform that this morning, Sunday, 4 March 2018 around 5.00 AM, there was a power outage incurred at Tanjung Priok Area. The incident led to the disruption of operation activities at some of the terminals.

During the incident, NPCT1 has taken immediately several contingency measures. One of them was by activating Backup Generator to support the activities at NPCT1 Terminal and hence no disruption to serving the trucks in the yard as well as no impact to the temperature of the reefer containers lying in our terminal. Nevertheless, we apologize for the inconvenience happened if the service quality was lessen than usual.

The situation was already back to normal at around 10 AM. Currently we are taking some measures to ensure all of the activities already back to our prime condition.
