Professional Experience

Started the career in 1995 as a Lecturer, then continued join the Ministry of Transport prior joining Pelindo in 1998. In the past 26 years, Dothy has been appointed in several roles in Human Resources, Commercial, Corporate Secretary, Board of Directors, and Port Equipment. She has been assigned as President Director of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong in 2017, appointed as President Director of PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) in 2019 and 2014, and assigned as Engineering Director of PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas in 2021 before appointed as Director of NPCT1 in 2024.
