Professional Experience

Seng Lee has been a key contributor to PSA International since 2011, bringing over a decade of experience in the container terminal business. His expertise spans across Commercial, Business Development, Supply Chain Digitalization, and Sustainability. In 2022, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Saudi Global Ports Group in Saudi Arabia, where he played a pivotal role in operational leadership. In 2025, Seng Lee joined NPCT1 as Regional Director, continuing his leadership in the global port and logistics industry.
