NPCT1 - Maersk VR198 Celebration of Productivity Record on PORTO GERMENO V340S
November 17, 2023, Jakarta, Indonesia - NPCT1 and Maersk celebrated the achievement of vessel productivity record on Porto Germeno V340S.
The event was held to celebrate both NPCT1 and Maersk teams' collaborative efforts in achieving another high-performance record on Porto Germeno V340S on 25 October 2023 with operations commencing at 5.20am. A total of 1,584 containers were handled in 8 hours with container operations fully completed at 13.19pm. This translates to an average of 198 ship shore moves in an hour with Gross Crane Rate of 44 moves per hour.
Presented by NPCT1's President Director, Mr. Takayuki Hori, NPCT1 Management and Mr. Sadeep Girijan, Maersk's Head of Customer Delivery, Intra Asia, they expressed their appreciation for the teams' interminable efforts to produce another best-in-class performance. The event, with NPCT1 employees and Maersk Operation team in attendance, was marked with the presentation of a commemorative pin to Maersk and the provision of certificates to representatives from NPCT1 Operations Division. Maersk also presented a token of appreciation to NPCT1's outstanding performance which was received by Mr. Takayuki Hori.
