Scope of Work:
Contractor shall provide proposal implementation of Biodiesel Supply, Manning Kiosk, and Field Refuelling Services for the following scope of work:
a. Supply biodiesel fuel in accordance with NPCT1 Technical Specifications and ensure timely delivery to support NPCT1 operations. NPCT1 will provide two (2) storage tanks with total capacity of 60,000 liters (2 x 30,000 liters).
b. Provide and operate mobile skid tanker(s), including supporting equipment, for daily refuelling of NPCT1 heavy equipment.
c. Provide manpower, PPE, and perform light maintenance for NPCT1 refuelling kiosk and related facilities.
d. Conduct site assessment and coordinate all necessary arrangements to ensure proper execution of the Works.
e. Obtain NPCT1 access passes for personnel entering NPCT1 premises, including payment of applicable charges if any.
f. Possess all required permits and approvals from relevant Indonesian authorities, including Port Authority, for execution of the Works.
g. Perform inspection and cleaning of NPCT1 storage tanks (2 x 30,000 liters) using qualified and certified specialist personnel, including provision of required equipment, SWP, and Risk Assessment.
Eligibility:
Open for Contractor with following requirement:
1. Have a minimum of 5 years experience in related business, supported by list of local and overseas clients and any achievement/track records in similar project.
2. For Company Has Izin Usaha Niaga Umum (IUNU):
a. Valid IUNU;
b. Valid Contract to supply biodiesel with Principle/IUNU Importer.
c. Supporting Letter from the owner of Tank/Storage (if any).
3. For Company Has Surat Keterangan Penyalur (SKP):
a. Valid SKP;
b. Valid Contract to supply biodiesel with IUNU holder;
c. Supporting Letter from IUNU holder.
