Scope of Works:

Contractor shall provide proposal on the supply and delivery of clean water. The scope of work is:

1.  Supply and delivery of clean water to NPCT1 office.

2.  Perform laboratory test every semester for water quality supplied to NPCT1, to ensure that the water meets quality and health requirements and can be safely consumption after cooked. 

Eligibility:

Open for vendor with following requirement:

1.  At least three years of experience in providing 24/7 potable water supply to medium and large companies, in accordance with the companys operating license, supported by a list of clients and copies of POs, BASTs, or contracts.

2.Valid laboratory test results for the potable water supplied, still within the validity period.
