The Tenderer shall provide supply and maintaining a data center facility with comprehensive infrastructure, including cabling, power, cooling, and security, along with equipment racks for NPCT1 application system, interconnect services, and management of installation and operation for a minimum of (5) five years.
The scope of this tender comprises of the following components:
- Provision and maintenance DC facility including cabling, power supply, cooling, lighting, security and monitoring.
- Provision and maintenance of equipment racks equipped with power supply to host the NPCT1 application system infrastructure.
- Provision of DC interconnect services from NPCT1 premises to the tenderer-provisioned DC.
- NPCT1 requires minimum 2 racks at the start of the contract. NPCT1 shall submit formal requests for addition or reduction of racks.
- The provisioned DC facility shall reside at the tenderer premises in Jabodetabek (Greater Jakarta Area).
- Short-listed tenderer may be required to make presentations including site visit on their proposed DC hosting environment for NPCT1.
- The tenderer shall handle all matters relating to the installation, migration and operation of the proposed DC hosting infrastructure, including procedures and briefings, which are necessary for a successful implementation.
Eligibility:
1. Minimum 3 years' experience in the relevant Data Center / DRC business.
2. Have track records in same project service within the last 2 years.
4. Tier 3 Facility and Operation Data Center
5. Capability to provide a complete DRC co-location solution.
6. Have Data Center certifications.
7. Have professional certifications.
8. Valid and applicable business, tax, legal, and regulatory documentation.
