Scope of Works:
The Contractor shall provide the Design, Supply, and Construction of Truck Driver Shelter Facilities at the NPCT1 Terminal, comprising the following:
a. Site survey and investigation.
b. Preparation of the detailed engineering design for the Truck Driver Shelter Facility.
c. Supply and procurement of all required materials, equipment, and furniture.
d. Execution of civil, structural, architectural, and electrical works.
e. Testing, commissioning, and handover of the completed facility.
f. Submission of all required project documentation, including as-built drawings and other relevant completion documents.
Eligibility:
Companies who have:
1. Have a minimum of 5 years experience in related business.
2. List of clients and describe any achievements and experience in similar workings or project. With minimum 4 companies/projects.
