PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC PAYMENT GATEWAY (E-PAYMENT) SYSTEM

Scope of Works:
Contractor to provide proposal at NPCT1s sole discretion on Electronic Payment Gateway (E-Payment) system and application (including system development, training, progress reporting, testing, and implementation for NPCT1), with following functionalities and facilities.
- Have very secure, highly customizable, and fully functional system.
- Have Banking Channel connections such as: H2H Channel (Internet Banking, ATM, Teller, etc.), EDC Closed Payment, Auto Collection with NPCT1 banks i.e. BCA, BNI, Mandiri and other potential bank.
- Compatible for integration with NPCT1 In-House Financial Systems, and Terminal Operation Systems.
- Provide Reconciliation Tools and Reporting through user friendly application/UI.
- Provide any license to run the Electronic Payment Gateway (E-Payment) system Server and Database Server.
- Eligibility : Open for vendor with following requirement:
1. Experienced in IT system development for at least 5 years and experienced in Electronic Payment Gateway development for at least 3 years as evidenced by valid supporting documents.
2. List of clients and any achievement/track records in similar project within the last 3 years. Contractor shall provide the supporting evidence including the contact person for the counterpart as references."
