The tender covers the design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, training, and handover for upgrading the existing manual OOG Gate to a semi-automatic system.
Key requirements include:
1. Site survey and condition assessment of the existing gate.
2. Complete mechanical, structural, electrical, and control system design.
3. Modification and motorization of the gate, including required structural reinforcement.
4. Installation of electrical panels, controls, cabling, emergency stops, and safety systems.
5. Supply of all materials, equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
6. Testing and commissioning to verify safe and reliable operation.
7. Training for NPCT1 personnel on operation and maintenance.
Eligibility:
Company Profile demonstrating the following:
1. Company Information & Legal Status; Relevant Similar Project Experience; Technical Capability; Key Personnel; Equipment & Resources; QA/QC Capability; HSE/HSSE Performance; Relevant Certifications.
2. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in mechanical & electrical and automation works or in the relevant line of business.
3. List of clients and describe any achievements and experience in similar workings or projects regarding automation. Please provide the related evidence as reference.
