PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS) ENHANCEMENT

Scope of Works:
Contractor shall provide proposal on Provision of Equipment Management System (EMS) Enhancement at NPCT1 sole discretion. The scope of the enhancement include:
a. Auto-generated work order from equipment meter and berthing plan
b. KPI Dashboard Customization
c. Inventory Management item to be reordered
d. Inventory Management Scan System for receiving issue and return
e. Inventory Management item and storeroom report
f. Report Customization for Increasing Trend
g. Integration with existing web -based checklist maintenance system
h. Work Order Implementation of Level 4 and 5 Additional License
i. Workflow rearrangements
- Eligibility :
Open for vendor with following requirement:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in related business, supported by list of local and overseas clients and any achievement/track records in similar project.
- Having IBM Maximo Consultant
- Latest date for registration and to obtain tender document : 12 October 2022
