Scope of Works:
To perform Annual Equipment Certification process, as follows :
a. Witnessed by NPCT1 Engineering representative, Contractor to do the feasibility testing of lifting and transport equipment, load testing, engine inspection, propulsion, structural parts, and other matters related to the certification process.
b. Provide facts of the existence and actual conditions on the ground for lifting and transport equipment that meet the Standards of Occupational Safety and Health in accordance with applicable regulations.
c. Contractor shall do examination and testing all equipment accordance with the regulation of Ministry of Transportation Directorate General of Sea (HUBLA) and Ministry of Manpower, then the result of examination summarized in inspection Report book.
d. During the process of submitting certification and recommendations to the relevant Ministry or Agencies, the Contractor is requested to provide a "Letter of Extension Process" for the lifting and transporting equipment intended by NPCT1.
e. Obtain a Certificate / Permit for use or Re-certification (periodically) from HUBLA.
f. Obtain a local DISNAKER certificate.
Eligibility: Open for vendor with following requirement:
1. Experienced in related business for at least 3 years.
2. Inspector and Examiner are qualified with certificate of experts related to work in the field of lifting and transporting equipment, Occupational Health and Safety (PJK3).
3. Having Letter of Appointment of PJK3 Companies by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Transportation Directorate General of Sea Transportation (HUBLA) will be an advantage.
