Scope of Works:
The Contractor shall provide the Management Services for the system below:
a. Server /Device management services
b. Storage management services
c. Monitoring services
d. Disaster recovery services
e. Security management services
f. If any additional virtual machine (VM) deployed during the contract period, whether provisioned for new applications, capacity expansion, or replacement purposes, shall automatically be included under the scope of this Managed Service.
Eligibility:
Open for vendor with following requirement:
a. Must have a list of clients and any achievement/track records in providing IT Infrastructure management services within the last three (3) years. Contractors shall provide the list of contracts/PO, including the contact person for the counterpart, as the references.
b. Must have a number of years in the related business (minimum three (3) years).
c. Must have have certified personnel for:
- Lenovo Data Center Technical Fundamentals Certification
- VMware Certified Professional : Data Center Virtualization)
- Veeam Certified Engineer
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
- IBM Certified Database Administrator : Db2 for LUW)
- IBM Certified System Administrator : WebSphere Application Server ND)
- IBM Certified Administrator : IBM License Metric Tool (ILMT)
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- Check Point Certified Security Administrator
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer
- Imperva SecureSphere Certified Professional
- F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator
- Ivanti Endpoint Manager Certified
- Ivanti IT Service Manager (ITSM) Certified
- Ivanti IT Asset Manager (ITAM) Certified
- SolarWinds Certified Professional (SCP)
- Cisco Black Belt Program : Infrastructure / Security Track
d. Must have experience about maintain IT system of two (2) or more company.
e. The Contractor shall have a minimum of two (2) years of proven hands-on experience in deployment, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and operational support of enterprise IT infrastructure systems, including VMware vSphere, Veeam Backup & Replication, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, IBM Db2, IBM WebSphere Application Server, Microsoft Windows Server, enterprise firewall systems, load balancing systems, and Ivanti Endpoint Manager.
