NPCT1 seeking qualified and experienced companies to participate in the tender for the Provision of IT Infrastructure WIFI and VMT Manage Service, The Tenderer shall securing that objective and to improve performance and reliability of NPCT1 port terminal by maintaining existing infrastructure and then proactively monitoring and tuning the infrastructure capacity and capability in continuous NPCT1 port support.
Scope of Works:
Helpdesk
Support 24/7
Tenderer should provide On Duty Helpdesk 24/7 for a first point of contact at
NPCT1 premises:
- Telephone and email technical support provided by qualified engineer Level 1 and Level 2 with support engineers 24 hours day 7 days a week (24/7) throughout a year.
- Remote troubleshooting and issue resolution with minimal end user involvement
- Onsite assistance from Level 2 will be provided upon request from NPCT1.
Monitoring
& Prevention
Tenderer
should provide time-based actions such as profile management, refreshes, and
problem identification and Managed WLAN infrastructure Service Levels. Monitor and notify are comprised of the following:
- Monitored with proactively 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all Wireless LAN (WLAN) infrastructure.
- Notify and provide basic fault management notification for NPCT1
- Ensuring that any damaged equipment is collected and duly handed over to the principal or its authorized distributor for repair or replacement, as applicable. All costs and expenses incurred in connection with the collection, transportation, and delivery of the damaged equipment shall be borne entirely by the Contractor.
Reporting
Tenderer should
provide & manage detailed reporting and analytics on all aspects of WLAN
infrastructure with periodic review Examples include reporting and analysis of
device utilization across NPCT1 assets and analytics to ensure NPCT1 devices
perform at optimum levels.
Eligibility:
Open for vendor with following requirement:
- Number of years in the related business (minimum 3 years).
- List of clients and any achievement/track records in similar project within the last 3 years. Contractor shall provide the supporting evidence including the contact person for the counterpart as references.
- Have Extreme Certified (EC) certification required for engineer level 2.
- Certificate and License of Working at Height which issued by Ministry of Manpower and still valid (Not expire).
