Scope of Works:
Contractor shall provide to supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of:
a. Implementation of OT Server
b. Implementation of Tape backup in DRC
c. Replacement of Notebook, Personal Computer and Monitor
d. Replacement of IP Phone device and Projector in meeting room
Eligibility:
Open for vendor with following requirement:
1. Provide list of clients and any achievement/track records in providing similar service within the last 3 years. Contractors shall provide the supporting evidence, including the contact person for the counterpart, as the references. (Mandatory)
2. Number of years in the related business (minimum three (3) years). (Mandatory)
3. Shall have certified personnel for VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization, Veeam Certified, Redhat Administrator Certified, Solarwinds Certified Professional, Lenovo Certified, IBM Certified, Sentinel One Certified, Ivanti Certified, and Avaya Certified.
4. Shall provide supporting letters or equivalent documents that have been owned in the past (Mandatory)
5. Shall provide supporting letters or equivalent documents after award for the following brands: Lenovo, IBM, VMware, Veeam, SentinelOne, Ivanti, Red Hat, Microsoft, Avaya, and Epson.
