1. Port Clinic Service.
The contractor shall provide qualified doctors and nurses to manage occupational health services, including preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative programs, as well as emergency medical treatment for NPCT1 employees, contractors, and tenants, in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards at NPCT1.
2. Annual Employee Medical Check-Ups, and Pre-Employment Medical Examinations.
The Contractor shall provide the following services:
- Conduct annual medical check-ups (MCU) for NPCT1 employees at NPCT1 premises and designated hospitals or laboratories. Details coverage of MCU are detailed in Section C and the related appendices to this tender document.
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive MCU result reports. The result report shall be received by NPCT1 at the latest by 30 (thirty) calendar days after MCU completed for the annual MCU, and 2 (two) working days for new recruitment MCU.
- Provide doctors to distribute and explain the MCU results to NPCT1 employees.
- Supply meal boxes for MCU participants.
- Arrange follow-up tests for employees requiring further medical evaluation based on MCU results.
Eligibility:
Annual Employee Medical Check-Ups, and Pre-Employment Medical Examinations :
o Experienced in providing service Medical Check Up for at least 3 years.
o Certified Medical Laboratory ISO 15189:2020 issued by Komite Akreditasi Nasional.
o Have valid Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Service Company/ PJK3 Penyelenggara Pemeriksaan Kesehatan (MCU) Tenaga Kerja which is validated by Ministry of Manpower according to Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. 4 Year 1995.
o Able to provide service Medical Check Up on site in NPCT1's premises and follow NPCT1 schedule.
Port Clinic Service:
o Having Company Hygiene and Occupational Health and Safety (Hiperkes);
o Having Registration Letter (Surat Tanda Registrasi) as doctor.
o Having Valid Medical Practice License (Surat Izin Praktik) of assigned doctor.
