Provision of PPE And Safety Equipment
Tender No. : 011/NPCT-HSSE/05/24
Contractor shall study all requirements provided in this document.
Contractor shall provide proposal on supply of PPE And Safety Equipment which specification is detailed in Section B.
Contractor shall quote fixed price 2 (Two) year's period and shall state clearly and make known any cum upgrade costs involved.
The quantity for the first and second year does not constitute a commitment from NPCT1. NPCT1, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to adjust the quantity or cancelling the purchasing during the contract period.
Eligibility :
Companies who has:
- List of clients and any achievement/track records in similar service within the last 2 years. Contractor shall provide the supporting evidence, including the contact person for the counterpart, as the references.
- Number of years in the related business (minimum 2 years).
- Provide supporting letters or equivalent documents that have been owned in the past.
