NPCT1 intends to execute a Mid-Life Extension Program (MLEP) for:
- 1 unit Doosan Quay Crane (QC) and
- 5 units of Doosan Rubber Tyre Gantry (RTG) cranes.
to restore operational reliability, improve safety, extend service life, and ensure continued compliance with operational and statutory requirements.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
- Detailed inspection and assessment
- Engineering review and verification
- Design and fabrication where required
- Supply of materials and spare parts
- Dismantling and disposal of damaged components
- Refurbishment and reconditioning
- Mechanical and electrical repair works
- Installation and alignment
- Calibration and parameter setting
- Functional testing and commissioning
- Load testing and performance verification
- Preparation of as-built documentation
- Training and technical handover
Eligibility:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance
2. Minimum 3 similar contracts completed within the last 5 years
