PROVISION OF REEFER MONITORING

Scope of Service:
Contractor shall provide the following scope of work:
- Provide sufficient number of manpower and its competence for managing all types of reefer container (e.g. cold treatment monitoring reefer container), reefer DG container, patching container and be handle activity in terminal NPCT1. Where the scope of work is not limited to but includes reefer container stacking yard, on board vessel and Reefer office for documentary and administration aspects pertaining to related business operations and record management.
- Managing incident related Reefer container in terminal NPCT1.
- Provide certified, suitable, and enough Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all Reefer Technicians staff.
- Provide suitable and sufficient management system to manage Reefer container, reefer DG container in terminal NPCT1 include monitoring report.
- To ensure that all reefer monitoring, plugging/unplugging, patching container, behandle, and associated activities are undertaken as per NPCT1's supervisors' instructions and service requirements and report on tasks undertaken and time of completion and/or any related issues are communicated to the NPCT1 controller supervisor.
- Contractor must provide container office and operational vehicle.
- Patching of container damage (hole/torn) in terminal NPCT1
- Eligibility :
Companies who has:
1. Have a minimum of 3 years experience in related business, supported by list of local and overseas clients and any achievement/track records in similar project; and
2. Have safety procedure in handling reefer containers.
