Scope of Works:
Contractor shall provide proposal on the Rental of Photocopy Machine. The scope of works are:
a. Provision for rental of photocopy machine which (black/white and color) includes with fax and scan;
b. Supply toner activities for daily usage of machine photocopy and including maintenance. The maintenance includes, among others, ensure the sparepart for all parts therein, all at least once times a week.
Eligibility:
Open for vendor with following requirement:
1. Have more than 3 clients with number of years in related business was minimum 3 years, supported by a list of clients and copies of POs, BASTs, or contracts.
2. Certificate ISO 9001 & 14001 manufacturer.
