Scope of Works:The tenderer is required to provide labour and equipment for the maintenance and repair of Terminal Quay Cranes and Rubber Tyre Cranes at NPCT1. The scope covers:• Preventive Maintenance – routine inspections, servicing, and scheduled repairs.• Corrective Maintenance – troubleshooting and repair of abnormal conditions.• Accident & Emergency Repair – restoration of equipment damage and urgent unscheduled jobs.• Engineering Support & Service Recovery – support tasks aligned with NPCT1’s roster.• Per Job Basis Ad-Hoc Works– such as wire rope replacement, major components replacement/repair serviceTenderers must also ensure qualified manpower, compliance with HSSE requirements, proper tools/PPE, and readiness to perform works as scheduled or instructed by NPCT1.
