The Tenderer shall provide comprehensive repair and maintenance services proposal for all Mobile Equipment operated by NPCT1. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of work.
1. General Maintenance and Repair
General Maintenance and Repair refer to all activities required to maintain, repair, and restore Mobile Equipment to a safe, reliable, and operational condition, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, accident repairs, emergency maintenance, engineering support, and service recovery activities.
2. Tire Maintenance and Repair
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive tire maintenance and repair services for all Mobile Equipment, including tire inspection, repair, replacement, pressure management, and wheel/rim-related works necessary to maintain equipment safety, reliability, and availability.
Eligibility:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in heavy equipment maintenance
2. Minimum 3 similar contracts completed within the last 5 years
3. Experience maintaining container terminal equipment, mining equipment, heavy logistics fleet, or industrial mobile equipment
