Scope of Work:

Contractor shall provide proposal implementation of TPS Online for the following scope of work:

1. Provision Integrated with the latest TPS Online system of Customs (CEISA 4.0) to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and support secure, real time information exchange.
2. Provision of Customs clearance data from Customs TPS Online system, including data provided by Customs through both batch processing and on demand services.
3. Provision of Transfer Request data (PLP) from Customs TPS Online and vice versa.
4. Integration Discharge & Loading (COARRI) data to TPS Online system.
5. Integration Gate In & Gate Out (CODECO) data to TPS Online system.
6. Integration data SPPMP Quarantine (Surat Perintah Pemindahan Media Pembawa Karantina) and SPJM (Surat Penetapan Jalur Merah) data through SSm QC.
7. Provision of the requirement data to SLIM Customs KPU Tanjung Priok.
8. Integration Discharge & Loading (COARRI) data to LNSW.
9. Integration Gate In & Gate Out (CODECO) data to LNSW.
10. Integration data to in house application.
11. Integration data with another platform.
12. Reporting and Reconciliation.
13. Helpdesk 24/7.

Eligibility:

Open for Contractor with following requirement:

Contractor shall have experience with both local and overseas clients in providing similar services, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the related business. Such experience must be supported by a list of clients and copies of Purchase Orders (POs), BASTs, or contracts.
