PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICE FOR EMPLOYEES

a. The Contractor is responsible for providing meal and snack services to NPCT1's employees, guests/visitors, and management's drivers, including selling to those without access or eligible to the food service.
b. The Contractor shall provide extra menu meals (e.g., fried rice, noodles, ready-to-eat meals, drinks, etc.) to NPCT1's employees, guests/visitors, and Contractors on a daily basis at their own expense.
c. The Contractor is responsible to provide vehicle and deliver meals to NPCT1's employees who works in the terminal yard (RTG, QC, etc.), utilizing eco-friendly meal boxes.
d. The contractor shall support NPCT1 internal programs/events by supplying food at the specified time. NPCT1 must confirm this arrangement with at least 24 hours before the expected time when the food should be available.
e. As an additional service, the Contractor can offer extra menu items or meals (e.g., fried rice, noodles, ready-to-eat meals, drinks) to NPCT1's employees, guests/visitors, and Contractors on a daily basis at their own expense.
f. The Contractor must provide fresh and high-quality food items, along with clean and hygienic equipment and tools.
g. Meals are provided for NPCT1's office-based employees following their working schedules, including those on shift schedules (refer to Appendix B).
h. The Contractor must comply with Ministry of Health Regulation No. 1096 Year 2011 regarding Hygiene and Sanitation of Food Services
i. The Contractor is responsible for daily removal of kitchen waste and food waste from the NPCT1 terminal.
j. Expected to provide a minimarket/booth in the canteen area.
k.Contractor must provide transaction reports based on actual tapping for payment processing.
- Eligibility :
Open for vendor with following requirement:
- Have more than 3 clients with number of years in related business was minimum 5 years.
- Have a certificate of Hygiene from Ministry of Health.
- Have a NIB related with business field "JASA BOGA".
- Latest date for registration and to obtain tender document : 07 September 2023
