Scope of Works: The Tenderer shall provide complete Engine Overhaul Services for the NPCT1 in accordance with OEM requirements, applicable international standards, and NPCT1 tender conditions. The quantity of service to be provided under this Tender is: 1. Seventeen (17) units Cummins QSB 6.7 diesel engines (Overhaul only, no installation work on Prime Mover units required) 2. Seventeen (17) units Transmission of Allison 3000 series (Overhaul only, no installation work on Prime Mover units required) 3. Two (2) units, Deutz BFM 61013 diesel engines (Overhaul inclusive of a separate price for engine unit re-installation work on RTG Crane) | |||||
Eligibility: | : | Open for vendor with following requirement: - Number of years in the related business (minimum 3 years). - Company Profile showing the Overhaul Workshop Facilities - Project Experience List with same type of Engine and/or Transmission within last 5 years - Sample of Overhaul completion reports for similar Engine and/or transmission (minimal 3 sample for each Engine and/or transmission) | |||
