PT. New Priok Container Terminal One invites tenders for:

PROVISION OF IT SERVICES

Tender No. : 018/NPCT1-IT/10/22


Scope of Works:

A. Scope of work IT infrastructure Wifi and VMT manager service:

a. Helpdesk Support 24/7

Vendor should provide On Duty Helpdesk 24/7 for a first point of contact at NPCT1s premises (minimum manpower deployed is 4 manpower for Level 1 and 1 manpower in Level 2):

  •       Telephone and email technical support provided by qualified engineer Level 1 and Level 2 with support engineers 24 hours day 7 days a

week (24/7) throughout a year.

  •       Remote troubleshooting and issue resolution with minimal end user involvement.
  •       Onsite assistance from Level 2 will be provided upon request from NPCT1.


b. Monitoring & Prevention

  •      Vendor should provide time-based actions such as profile management, refreshes, and problem identification and Managed WLAN

infrastructure Service Levels

  •      Monitor and notify. Monitor and notify is comprised of the following:

        i.  Vendor should be monitoring with proactively in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all Wireless LAN (WLAN) infrastructure.

       ii. Vendor should Notify and provide basic fault management notification for NPCT1s and create a Trouble Ticket and attempt to notify

NPCT1s designated point of contact within 15 minutes of a WLAN infrastructure failure to respond. 


c. Reporting

    Vendor should provide & manage detailed reporting and analytics on all aspects of WLAN infrastructure with periodic review Examples include 

    reporting and analysis of device utilization across NPCT1 assets and analytics to ensure NPCT1 devices perform at optimum levels.


B. Scope of work IT Infrastructure Manage Service Additional Server GTOS

The Contractor shall provide the Management Services for the system below:

Base services (Remote Management, except for managed network services)

a. Server / Device management services.

b. Storage management services.

c. Monitoring services.

d. Disaster recovery services.


C. Scope of work IT Security Manage Service

a. The Tenderer shall provision Security Event Monitoring Service (SEMS) to NPCT1 such that logs generated by perimeter and any other devices (such as servers and endpoint security events) that are installed in NPCT1s premises and/or off-premises such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS shall be monitored.

b. The Tenderer shall propose SEMS based on subscription model for a period of one (1) year, and two (2) years with a minimum subscription of One (1) year. 

c. The Tenderer shall allow NPCT1 to add a new device to be monitored under the SEM Service at anytime without incurring extra cost during the contracted period. NPCT1 can use this transfer in situations where the monitored system will be re- deployed or decommissioned


D. Scope of work Replacement VMT

    The proposed solution should be scalable with the existing infrastructure, network, systems, and application to include future expansion.

  • Eligibility :

Open for vendor with following requirement:

- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in IT Manage Service, supported by list of local and overseas clients and any achievement/track records in similar project;

- The company has been established more than 3 years;

- Certified by ISO 27001 (mandatory to join IT security manage service)

  • Latest date for registration and to obtain tender document  : 25 October 2022
