TENDER NOTICE
THE PROVISION OF HR - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Tender No. : 033/NPCT1-IT/12/21
Contractor shall provide proposal on the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Performance Management System by using Success Factor at NPCT1s sole discretion.
Contactor shall provide Project Plan, including:
- Project milestones & deliverables expected at each project phase and activities involved
- Project schedule
- Proposed rollout plan
- Proposed communication plan
- Proposed resource deployment plan
- Proposed project management and team structure (including resume of project manager and architect, project lead. Project Manager preferable with PMP certification)
- Proposed Testing Plan
- Proposed Training plan
- Proposed Change management plan
- Proposed Project Documentation (e.g. Specifications, Training materials, user guide, etc.)
- Proposed Progress reports (Monthly, weekly, etc.)
- Proposed support and maintenance plan with team structure
- Advise the type (e.g. named users or concurrent users) and the licensing scheme available to NPCT1
- Eligibility :
Open for vendor with following requirement:
Have experienced in Software Development & Success Factor at least 3 years
- Latest date to obtain tender document : 15 December 2020
