PT. New Priok Container Terminal One invites tenders for:
THE PROVISION OF ANNUAL MEDICAL CHECK UP FOR EMPLOYEES AND MEDICAL CHECK UP FOR NEW RECRUITMENT
Tender No. : 004/NPCT1-HR/02/20
Contractor shall provide Annual Medical Check up for Employee and New Recruitment with scope as below:
a. MCU for NPCT1’s employees which will be conducted at NPCT1 premises and the Hospital / Lab;
b. Provides the accurate MCU result report;
c. Provide doctors to distribute and explain the MCU result report to NPCT1’s employees;
d. MCU for NPCT1’s new recruitment and provides the accurate result, conclusion whether the employee candidates is fit to work or not;
e. The MCU process follow COVID-19 protocol.
- Eligibility :
Open for vendor with following requirement:
- Have experienced in Hospitality at least 5 years
- Have experienced in Laboratory at least 5 years
- Latest date to obtain tender document : 05 November 2020
