TENDER NOTICE
THE PROVISION OF MAIN METRO LINK & INTERNET NPCT1
Tender No. : 0010/NPCT1-IT/05/21
Contractor shall to provide main metrolink and internet at NPCT1 with below requirements:
Scope of Work:
Contractor shall study all requirements provided in this document. Contractor shall provide proposal at NPCT1’s sole discretion on the Service Metro Link and internet for:
1. Main metro Link from Port Terminal to DR Site 30Mpbs
2. Main metro Link from Port Terminal to Customs Office 5Mbps
3. Internet Connection for DC port Terminal 30Mbps
The Contractor will be proposing the plan design to enables the following Metro Link to each site with fiber optic connection:
a. Connection Dual Homing (Fully Redundant 2 line with different POP or PE). (Optional);
b. Using fiber optic connection until lastmile;
c. The provider should be owner of Connection infrastructure and Not using third-party contractor;
d. End point Interface = Ethernet;
e. Internet IP Public min /28;
f. Service Level Agreement = 99.5%.;
g. Connection Metro E support point to point;
h. Internet access with 1:1 ratio for local and international;
i. Symmetrical bandwidth for upstream and downstream;
j. Using MTU 1500;
k. Latency <30 ms;
l. Provide MRTG monitoring;
m. Customer service 24/7, 365 days support.
- Eligibility:
Open for vendor with following requirement:
- Have experienced in Internet Service Provider (ISP) at least 5 years
- Latest date to obtain tender document : 27 May 2021
