TENDER NOTICE

THE PROVISION OF RENTAL PORTABLE TOILET

Tender No. : 005/NPCT1-GA/03/21

Vendor to Provide Portable Toilet with Requirement as below:

1. Able to provide fifteen (15) units of portable toilets at NPCT1 terminal;
2. Type of portable toilet is non-executive or standard type with minimum facilities consist of eastern (squatting) urinal type, nozzle, fresh water foot pump flush, and anti slip floor material, provide trash cans in portable toilet;
3. Ensure that the portable toilets are functioning properly;
4. Provide Chemical for Toilet minimum 1 tubes/day;
5. Supply clean water, maintenance and cleaning the portable toilets four (4) times in a week as scheduled and as requested;
6. Install the portable toilets until ready to used. Instalation including electricity connection (lamp), water tank (minimum 500liter capacity), septic tank, trash bin and air freshener;
7. Cleaning the portable toilets with toilet sanitizer;
8. Provide monthly log book for regular cleaning and maintenance under GA Planning & Control Monitoring;
9. Vehicle equipment should be in accordance with the standards of the Transportation Agency and Police regulation.

Open for vendor with following requirement:

-  Have experienced in Rental Portable Provider at least 3 years

• Latest date to obtain tender document   : 3 May 2021 (at PT New Priok Container Terminal One, Admin Building Jln. Terminal Kalibaru Raya Kav. B No. 1 Jakarta Utara 14110)

• Submission deadline: 10 May 2021 at 4.00 pm
