1 (ONE) YEAR TIER - 1 OIL SPILL MANAGEMENT SERVICES Mandatory Indonesian Regulations PM 58 for Certification & Implementation to Support Rapid Response to oil Spills
Scope of work :
A. Access to broad range of Oil Spill Response Equipment
B. Expert services for assistance in Oil Spill Combat and response strategies;
C. 24/7 availability to on-call Oil Spill Combat Responders (IMO LEVEL 1), Supervisors (IMO LEVEL 2) and Incident Commanders (IMO LEVEL 3)
D. Access to advisors educated and specializing in Oil Spills, Trajectory Modelling, Equipment Maintenance, Environmental Engineering, Oceanography, Biology, Chemical Engineering and Marine Science;
E. IMO Level 1 Training certified by PM 58 & Nautical Institute;
- OPRC IMO Level 1 for 3 Persons
- OPRC IMO Level 2 for 3 Person
- OPRC IMO Level 3 for 3 Person
F. Annual Oil Spill Response Preparedness Review
G. Oil Spill Response Readiness Reports every year;
H. Update Oil Spill Contingency Plan (OSCP)
I. Oil Spill Response Equipment (OSRE) on site (base);
- 1800 meter, Oil Boom
- Oil Skimmer 37 m3/hour (Oil Skimmer)
- Oil Temporary storage equipment with minimum capacity of 670 m3
- Oil Spill Absorbent material
J. Oil Spill Exercise in accordance to PM 58;
- Reproting and communication training four times a year
- Dry drill / Table top exercise four times a year
- Oil Spill Exercise Two times a year
- Joint Exercise once a year
Vendor Requirement :
1. Certified with Surat Kemampuan Usaha Penunjan (SKUP) Migas issued by Kementrian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Direktorat Jenderal Minyak dan Gas Bumi;
2. Certified with Surat Persetujuan Usaha Penanggulangan Pencemaran issued by Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Laut;
3. Certified with Surat Persetujuan Sebagai Penyelenggara Pelatihan Penanggulangan Pencemaran issued by Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Laut;
4. Certified with Surat Persetujuan Sebagai Perusahaan Penilaian Persyaratan Pananggulangan Pencemaran;
