New Priok Container Terminal One (NPCT1) officially welcomed the maiden call of Interasia Lines’ KCI Service vessel, MV Interasia Engage on 30 January 2026. The vessel departed from Shanghai, China on 23 January and arrived in Jakarta on 30 January, marking its first call at NPCT1. MV Interasia Engage has a length overall (LOA) of 186 meters and a width of 34.86 meters, reinforcing its role in serving key intra-Asia trade routes.
On 29 January, NPCT1 welcomed more than 72 participants from 42 forwarding and trucking companies to the ECON+ Workshop held at Sayap Suci, Kelapa Gading. The workshop served as a collaborative forum to align perspectives and explore how digital solutions can more effectively support day-to-day logistics operations.
New Priok Container Terminal One (NPCT1) has officially launched the deployment of 7 Electric Prime Movers (ePMs), in-terminal trucks used to transport containers within the terminal, including movements between the container yard and the wharf.
